How soon in advance should we book Gráinne?

The sooner, the better! As soon as you have a date set, please get in touch with Gráinne to discuss.

If a specific song we want isn’t on the list, can Gráinne still perform it?

Gráinne is happy to learn new material for your big day, but she asks that you provide ample notice of the request.

Are there travel expenses?

Gráinne serves the greater Dublin area, the midlands and east Galway. She is happy to travel nationwide, but depending on the distance, there may be a ‘distance charge’ incurred. You can discuss this with Gráinne before booking. 

Will Gráinne provide a PA, Microphones, Instrument etc.?

Gráinne provides all the required amplification and equipment on the day.

How do I book?

Please contact Gráinne on 087 760 6190 or email grainne@grainnekavanagh.com to discuss. If you’re happy and wish to book, then you will be emailed a ‘Booking Details Form’. You will be required to list your requested music choices for the big day - You then need to return this to Gráinne with an agreed fee/deposit. Once the deposit and ‘Booking Details Form’ are received, you will receive confirmation within seven days.

*Please note:Your booking is not secure until deposit and ‘Booking Details Form’ have been received.

When is payment due?

Payment is due before your big day, payable by EFT, cheque or cash.

If I cancel my booking, will my deposit be refundable?

Clients are advised that all Deposits are non-refundable.

Can Gráinne help and advise us on our musical choices?

Absolutely! Gráinne is more than happy to assist and advise you both on all your choices for your wedding ceremony.
